Job- shadowing was considered in our project in two different stages:
1st Teachers participating in the project will attend lessons during the training events in the place they are visiting.
2nd Teachers will be visiting our school during school year 2017-18 to job-shadow in pluringual classes (Technology and Science) where CLIL methodology has been implemented.
The first stage has already been completed as follows:
During the training event in Germany, the German teacher had the chance to attend lessons by other teachers and do some job-shadowing (hospitation in German).
This job-shadowing took place at different levels:

For the second stage, we applied for a visiting teacher to the Ministry of Education in order to get a foreign teacher to come to learn CLIL methodology in our Secondary School for 15 days. We have been selected for this purpose and we are waiting for a teacher to come during this school year to do so.
